Atlanta chef John Bertrand founded Relish Catering Crew in 2017. His two signature restaurants Goin’ Coastal and Butcher & Bottle have been awarded Jezebel’s Top 100 Award, Atlanta Magazine’s Best of The City Award, and Creative Loafing Best Hidden Gem Award, 2010, and he has not slowed down since. Pairing his Southern upbringing, French training, and Asian roots, Chef John specializes in modern interpretations of traditional cuisine.

Since having worked in the famous kitchen of Ford Fry’s, St. Cecilia’s, Chef Harrison has spent years honing his craft in Italian and Southern cuisine. After meeting Chef John at Butcher & Bottle, he jumped on board as co-owner of Relish in 2019. With him, he brought his many talents and love for homemade pasta. He’s a master of BBQ, all things pork, and smokehouse meats- one bite of his pork belly will make that clear. Hard-working and humble, Chef Harrison continues to bring diverse and new flavors to the table.
